The Unimaginable Happens

Friday May 23, started out as any other normal day for the Butler family as they were getting ready for the long Memorial Day weekend. Sometime that late afternoon their two huskies Raley and Hoochie (named after wakeboard tricks) escaped from their yard and wandered onto a neighbor's field. The events that unfolded would forever change the Butlers' lives and the well being of their two dogs.

This video has sparked many heated debates on YouTube and other forums as to who is to blame and the rights of the land owner to shoot the dogs. However, the purpose of this blog is NOT to discuss these matters, but rather to provide a positive outlet for support, recovery updates on the two huskies, and legal actions taken (if any) by local law enforcement/agencies.

Support can be shown in many ways and we understand that this video hits home with many people (especially pet owners). However, we ask that you do NOT take matters into your own hands!!! The local law authorities are reviewing the incident/footage and we will keep you up to date on any new developments.
